Since the focus of the school is on the student, efforts are made to reach out to those students .
Instructors or administrators are available, in person or by phone, fax or e-mail, to answer student's questions.
Time can be scheduled (at no cost to a student of our school) with the owner to analyze student's tests in order to help them to determine how to best study for the licensing examination.
Review time can be scheduled personally, at $25/hour, to assist a student in better understanding concepts which are difficult for the student.
Quarterly, a series of classes will be scheduled (at a nominal cost of $25) to do group review for any student who has not passed the class or the state examination.
To assist students in locating a real estate company that will meet the student’s part time or full time needs.
To reach this goal, we keep in touch with many real estate companies and belong to the Western Wayne Oakland County Association of REALTORS® so we can stay updated as to what is going on in the industry and with various company-members.
To reach this goal, several large blocks of post licensing 2-hour classes are provided to increase the licensee's knowledge and understanding of topics which are not generally discussed in depth in traditional real estate classes such as in continuing education or licensing classes.
