Class Signup Link You can find the 40 Hour Salesperson Class or the 30 Hour Broker Basic Licensing Class at this link. Also included are 2  specialty classes, each 30 hours of credit to round out your 90 hours. These broker classes include the 9 hours of fair housing that is required to meet the State requirements, and the 4 hours required for salesperson class.  Existing Student Log-in Link This link will allow you to renter a class once you have logged out.
