• sample Manual prepared in Word Format to easily enable modification

The program is set up as a workshop, not a lecture type class to create a manual that is not the typical heavy on policies but light on procedures sort of Manual.

 

 

 

In keeping with the role of the broker as principal in the relationship with its salespeople to provide care to its agents by properly educating them in the legal aspects of the business of real estate, this approach

 

• not only protects the broker by identifying policies
  
• but also is user friendly to salespersons by implementing procedures.

 

Understanding the legal ramifications of what to do and why to do it will help the Company to better prepare its agents to deal with today’s real estate complexities.

 

 

This class helps create a user friendly document with two goals:

 

• To improve the success of your salespersons in providing proper consultation to a client or customer,
• protect the Company and its agents against lawsuits resulting from improper presentation and use of documents.
