The Western Wayne Oakland County Association of REALTORS®, as its name implies, covers a large area. In addition to the areas in the name, there are also members from Dearaborn, Livingston County and the Down River area.

This site is operated by an investor and lender who have teamed up to assist people who are trying to do short sales. As you can see from their website, they make a living at negotiating with lenders and their agents in an effort to make the short sale situation work. They are not real estate licensees, but, rather people who saw a need to assist peope needing assistance in today's real estate market and have set out to provide that service.
