Understand the differences:  All schools are not created equal.

• Ask about the experience the instructor has, i.e.., in real estate, in teaching.
  
• Ask about teaching methods, i.e, visual, discussion, relate to personal experience . .
  
• Ask about availability of individual student tutoring.
• Ask about other purchases the student might face, e.g., tapes, CD's, calculators.
• Ask about assistance in developing test taking skills to assure you pass the test.
  

Listen to the answers and compare them. 

• You will find that not all real estate schools are the same. 
• Please feel free to interview our instructors or people in our office.
  

Refund Policy: 

• All refunds shall be made within 30 days.
  

• All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school.
  
• If student cancels after the class begins, a fee of $25 will be retained to cover handling costs. Alternatively, you can attend any other class offered through our company at no additional charge for up to six months.
  
• The tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment.
  
• An application fee of not more than $25.00 shall be retained by the school if the application is denied.
  
• * The policy shall adhere to the policies of applicable state, federal and accrediting agencies.
