Since real estate education is vital to every licensee, every effort is made by the school to keep costs as low as possible to assure that all licensees will be motivated to take advantage of the programs provided.

*     Approach to real estate education

Because the company believes that real estate education should be useful to real estate licensees, the development of our classes is based on content and organization that will best help the licensee to undertand how the various concepts interrelate

*     Scope of real estate education 

Because the company believes that real estate education should look into every nook and cranny that relates to real estate, we believe classes other than the standard ones should be offered.  Many small topics get left behind because they don't fit neatly into the discussion and/or time limitations of a broker or continuing education class. 

We attempt to cover these topics in our Salesperson Workshop Series by including such two hour topics as:  What every buyer must know about condominiums; Due Diligence for the Buyer;  The Buyer's Book, an aid to showing property; Do the Miranda:  Proper presentation of the Agency Disclosure Statement.

*    Value of real estate education   

Because the company believes that real estate education should be more than mandatory class time spent, a great amount of thought goes into the development of our topics.  We try to deal with the issues that the licensee doesn't even realize s/he doesn't understand.

Because we are concerned about all these issues and make a concerted effort to bring them into our courses, we provide. . .
