Dear Future Real Estate Prelicensing Student:
Thank you for inquiring about our real estate classes. Enclosed you will find some information necessary for you to begin an exciting career in real estate. A schedule of upcoming classes is available either on the salesperson or the broker schedule pages of this website.
* A schedule of upcoming salesperson classes which identifies class locations and dates for class. The charge for the class is $205.00 which includes all materials.
* A schedule of upcoming broker classes which identifies class locations and dates and costs of the various classes.
* An enrollment form to be submitted to the school along with a $50 deposit. Please complete the enrollment form and return it along with your payment at least 3 days before the beginning of class unless you have made other arrangements with our office. Acceptable methods of payment are: personal check, company check or money order. Cash will be accepted for the balance at the time of class.

General Information:
Test information is available by going to psiexams.com. You can download a booklet giving you important information about the test and requirements to sit for the licensing exam. The booklet also contains a breakdown of the material covered on both exams.
You can *begin the process of scheduling for your exam by faxing the application form from the booklet and following that up four days later on-line at psiexams.com. where you can pay by credit card and schedule an appointment for your exam.
* Salesperson applicants must register on the Department of Labor and Economic Growth webstte (michigan.gov/icola) and register for a password and ID before you can register on the PSI website.
By going to the Maps page of the website you can access a map to the class location along with detailed instructions in finding the building and classroom. The map page should also be available in the file where the class information is provided. If you have problems with the website or have any other questions, please feel free to call our office.
The Licensing Examination is given at two local Detroit area sites, one in Troy and one in Canton. There is also a site near Lansing if you are in the more western suburbs. Testing is available Monday through Friday either at 8:30 AM or at 12:30 PM. More information is available on the disk you will be provided with in class. You can also get the address information online by going to the website at http://www.
psiexams.com and looking for the information booklet provided by PSI. t The booklet is also available on the REPEG Workbook Disk that you receive with this class.
Make up classes: if you have to miss a class, make up classes are available at any scheduled class in any or our locations. You must make up the same class you missed.
Individual assistance: for students who need it is available at a nominal charge of $20/hour for REPEG students or $30/hour for non-REPEG students.. Group sessions will be scheduled from time to time, as well, at a charge of $20/person for a 3 hour class. Call for information.
